PlanB Consultancy International, LLC, has joined forces with a local consultant in Portland, OR to provide Green Building/LEED services to a local facility owner. This project will be to provide Development Opportunity Services (DOS) to study the existing buildings and explore possible Green Building/LEED measures for new construction.  In addition, PlanB will also identify environmentally friendly strategic opportunities which will improve profitability and enhance branding. The objective of this project is to increase income and margins by identifying environmental measures, which will save money and increase competitive advantage.   PlanB is excited to be a part of this new project by providing our consulting expertise into the Green Building/LEED industry.
