PlanB is looking for estimators (senior & junior) to join our Estimating Team located in Portland, OR Team. Ideal candidates will possess experience of preparing project cost estimates from conceptual through detailed design using past experience, historical data, market pricing and parametric ratios. Strengths in conceptual estimating and estimates from design described on the back of a napkin a huge benefit. Other skill sets include good time management, the ability to plan work and prioritize demands. A strong knowledge of excel with the skill to interrogate data, create spreadsheets, advanced formula’s and the presentation and design of spreadsheets to facilitate effective customer review.
